Hair Loss - A Terror

Hair is an important part of our body, rather it can be said that if you have healthy hair then you don’t really need any other artificial factors to enhance your beauty. Hair fall is one of the biggest terrors that a person can face. It can happen to anyone at any age, there was a time when hair fall was restricted to older people but with the changing time the scenario has also changed. And, now even teenagers are also facing hair loss problems.

Excess stress, bad diet, using too much of chemicals, medicinal side effects and liver problem are some of the main reasons for hair loss. The most common reason is stress; due to excessive competition in today’s world, people tend to get stressed and this results in hair loss. This can even happen to a school kid.

If you use too much of chemicals or have too many medicines then that can also be the reason for your hair loss. So, if you want to get back your beautiful hair, you must follow some essential tips.

Proper diet is very important, if you don’t have a balanced meal of vegetables, fruits, vitamins and minerals then it can affect your hair. So, get a healthy diet and good sleep, and try to avoid tension by engaging your mind in leisurely activities. You could listen to music or read books; this will enable you to get good sleep and will stop excessive hair fall. Also, drink lots of water.

You can even use some simple home remedies that will make your scalp strong and healthy and thus will prevent hair loss. You can apply a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water into your hair. Keep it for five minutes and then wash it off.

Other than the natural remedies you can increase the intake of vitamins; so you should eat food which is rich in vitamin A, B and E. You can even try a scalp massage as this will strengthen the hair root. Apply a good shampoo and conditioner to make your hair strong. Still, if all these remedies don’t work then, you must consult a doctor.
